Required Ingredients:
- 600 g of raw sausage
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh green herbs (rosemary, thyme)
Instructions:
- Cut the sausage into 1 cm slices.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, red pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Coat the sausage all over with the prepared marinade.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the sausage on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the characteristic grill lines appear.
- Serve the hot sausages with fresh green herbs and, if desired, a variety of fresh vegetables or sauces.
