Despite the use of modern machinery, we still value the manual labor and specific skills of master technologists that contribute to the uniqueness of our farm products. Each piece of meat is carefully skinned and gutted by hand, and all products are carefully prepared according to traditional recipes handed down from generation to generation in the Janevi family.
