Ingredients:
- 4 pcs. beef sausages
- 2 tbsp. beef tallow
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme
Method of preparation:
- Heat lard over medium-high heat in a skillet.
- Add the sausages to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add the chopped garlic, red and black pepper. Toss the sausages to coat them evenly with the spices.
- Reduce the heat and let the sausages cook for a few more minutes until they are completely done.
- Before serving, sprinkle with fresh thyme for flavor.
