Recipe for fried beef sausage

Ingredients:

  • 4 pcs. beef sausages
  • 2 tbsp. beef tallow
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • A few sprigs of fresh thyme

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat lard over medium-high heat in a skillet.
  2. Add the sausages to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped garlic, red and black pepper. Toss the sausages to coat them evenly with the spices.
  4. Reduce the heat and let the sausages cook for a few more minutes until they are completely done.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh thyme for flavor.
