KEY TIPS FOR SUCCESS
Note that in creating this recipe we used both ribeye steaks as well as T-bone steaks . The recipe is great with either cut as long as the steaks are good quality and fresh from your butcher/grocer.
Once you have a handful of ingredients, simply mix them together in an airtight container and set aside the steaks to absorb the aromas of the marinade in the refrigerator until baking time. If necessary, turn the steaks halfway through the marinating time so that all sides are well seasoned.
Bonus option : after removing the steaks from the marinade, feel free to transfer the marinade sauce to a saucepan and bring to a boil so you can use it as a sauce to pour over cooked steaks. This is an easy and delicious way to take advantage of all the flavorful marinade.
