Necessary products:
1 jar of raw beef in its own sauce (about 500 g)
2 medium potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
Fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp paprika
Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into equal pieces. Place them in a pan, season with salt, pepper and olive oil, and bake for about 20 minutes or until tender.
On medium heat, fry the finely chopped onion in a pan with a little olive oil until golden.
Add the beef from the jar to the onions. Season with red pepper and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Serve the meat over the roasted vegetables and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
