Pan-fried Beef T-Bon Steak Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 1 beef T-bone steak (450 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. butter or beef tallow
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme

T-BONE STEAKS WITH GRILLED VEGETABLES AND STEAK SAUCE

Method of preparation:

  1. Allow the steak to come to room temperature by removing it from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the fat.

  1. Season the steak liberally with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Place the steak in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for a medium-rare steak.
  3. Add the garlic clove and herbs to the pan during the last few minutes of cooking, scattering them around the steak.
