Ingredients:

beef T-Bon steak (about 450 g) - 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried garlic powder
For the garnish:
- 2 carrots, coarsely chopped
- 1 red pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 large potato, roughly chopped
- 1 onion, quartered
- 3 tbsp.
beef tallow - Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
- Arrange the vegetables in a baking tray, sprinkle with beef tallow, salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
- Add the steak on top of the vegetables and return the pan to the oven.
- Bake the steak until desired doneness (about 15-20 minutes for medium rare).
- Remove from the oven and let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving.
