Beef tenderloin - Salt
- Pepper
- Dried rosemary
- Dried ginger
- Garlic powder
- Olive oil
Method of preparation:
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Season the sirloin with salt, pepper, rosemary, ginger and garlic.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
