Ingredients:
- Beef in a jar in its own sauce - 700 g.
- 2 carrots, cut into circles
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large pan, combine the beef from the jar with the chopped carrots, peas, potatoes and onions.
- Add the minced garlic, oregano and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix everything well so that the ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- After removing the dish from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley or thyme.
