Recipe for veal sujuk in a pan

Ingredients:

  • 450 g beef sujuk
  • 2 tbsp. beef tallow
  • 500g of potatoes
  • 1 red onion, cut into half moons
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the sujuk into circles about 1 cm thick.
  2. Heat the pan over medium-high heat and add the lard.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the sujuka and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
  4. Add the chopped onions and peppers and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Bake the potatoes with sudjuka
  6. Add the garlic, red pepper, salt and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
