Ingredients:
- 450 g beef sujuk
- 2 tbsp. beef tallow
- 500g of potatoes
- 1 red onion, cut into half moons
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Method of preparation:
- Cut the sujuk into circles about 1 cm thick.
- Heat the pan over medium-high heat and add the lard.
- Once the oil is hot, add the sujuka and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
- Add the chopped onions and peppers and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Bake the potatoes with sudjuka
- Add the garlic, red pepper, salt and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
